Hi Paul
The site has been handed over to Lynx, my understanding of this is that Lynx are responsible for the communal areas, no different from a tennanted office block in the city whereby ownership of tennanted areas iare the responsibilty of the resident tennant and the communal/public areas are the responsibilty of the Landlord/Managing agent
I am aware that Evergreen have a continiung vested interest in the develpment and its/our managing agent, Lynx.
Maybe ownership of the problem is more Lynx and pressure should be applied to Evergreen to push Lynx to act upon behalf of the residence/owners
Difficult call as to who is responsible, but I sympathise totally and would be wiling to help mediate a amicable solution
This is in my mind a terratorial dispute involving the farmer, assuming no rights of way grazing rights exsist maybe the local council could resolve this ?
