A way to prevent that from happening is to construct your message in "word" or similar & then copy & paste it into the post box here.

Does anybody know what the monthly standing charge is for Beach Resort? Though i guess it will be similar elsewhere.
I only paid YTL 50 upfront in March and am concerned that i may have now run out of credit & been cut off. I understand its damned expensive to get reconnected if this happens.
