I'm glad things are back on track for you. I feel swb is behind but I'm not worried as long as it is completed and to an excellent standard. My sister has bought a new apartment in Manchester and they are behind with it there. Not sure how they can accurately predict completion dates. I havn't been asked for next stage payment yet and I think they said originally Nov 07 for that and our foundations look nowhere near starting yet.
