For more than a year I searched for a good investment property in North Cyprus. While Turtle Bay was offering a two-year, five percent guaranteed rental income, the location was not likely to attract renters and it appears the rental guarantee was worked into the purchase price.

About two months ago,I stumbled onto a website of an property agent in the Liverpool area and saw a posting for a project called "Blossom Kyrenia" on the backside of the Club Zeus area where there is a lot of new reidential construction going on.

Anyway, I'll cut things short. The developer is offering a four-year, 10% per annum guaranteed rental income in a prime location with a strong rental market!!

I checked them our and quite a few UK agents work with them (15 that I found), including some of the bigger property agents. Locally, the more reputable agents are also handling this property.

After doing a background check of my own, I have decided to make a purchase at Blossom Kyrenia. However, if any of you out there have any information, I would be more than glad to hear from you before I sign the contract that was sent to me. My lawyer checked the contract and approved it, but I am always willing to take advice from anyone else who is known anything else about this project.
