Basically, I feel that it will do us no good to complain about our legal obligations (however badly the situation has been handled and our feelings trodden upon) BUT that we need to unite to deal with the situation.
A Petition puts us in a weak position - that's going cap in hand, begging.
We have legal rights as well as legal obligations, and I suggest that we implement them.
Yes, we are required to pay a proportionate share of Actual Costs but does any one of us know what those costs are? I have had no response to my requests for a breakdown.
Secondly, the Lynx contract. We are under no legal obligation to pay Lynx, or to contract with them. I suggest that at speed we form a Residents Association, elect a Committee, and appoint our Committee to get a reasonable maintenance contact negotiated and put in place with a contractor of our choice.
Lastly, building a Gymnasium and Indoor Jacuzzi is a legal obligation on Evergreen - and it has not been met. I suggest that until it is, we withold any further payments - of whatever nature - to anyone except the local authorities.
There are 2 owners resident on the Crystal Bay View site, in G block. I contacted them on my arrival in Cyprus, and I think that everyone else would be wise to do so also, as a first step towards getting our situation sorted out.
all the best Anastasia

Hi Anastasia
You have appeared rather late on the Forum Noard, most of the posters here have over a years worth of correspondance and know each other reasonably well, in most caes the people I regulalry talk to are of the same opinion
I suggest you read the comments noted here on my posting
' Blue Bay Village and the Lynx maintanace contract update'
Do I know you ? I have the feeling we have already met !
PS
The Gym and Jacuzzi are definately happening on Blue Bay village just a matter of a few weeks
The maintanace contract is fair considering costs associated with other 'like for like' developments.
The fact that Trevorgreen (Evergreen) have still retained an interest in there product and sub contracted the assett to Lynx should not be seen as a negative but rather a possitice step forward.
Respect & Regards to you anastasia
PS
I think that my attempt at 'petition' was hardly seen as 'weak' as certain individuals where happy to suggest litigation !, also it resulted in some very possitve and constructibe leaps forward
