You will get a pack from RMS the management company appointed to SWB when you have signed your contracts and that outlines your Management fees etc. There is aŁ1000 infrastructure charge which will be in your contract. The extra you will need to think about is your electric meter which will be in place on completion but you pay the connection fee. Your solicitor will outline all other costs like vat and tax etc so that you know what to budget for.
