Hi folks. Newbie here

Tony blinkin Blenkinsopp left some months ago now, around mid-late April. Seems he will not be missed by a few of us.

I'm a placid easy going guy. He is the only person who has ever threatened to throw me out of an office! Just because i wanted to have my say (calmly & quietly) in response to his. Mostly just wanted to suggest they look for an alternative white goods supplier & rescind the original order if they were unable to supply within a reasonable time frame. He spat the dummy big style. Seems i wasn't allowed to make any comments about their delayed finish, but then i'm only the customer, what do i know? Time permitting, he should have been reported, word for word, to the directors. An extremely ill mannered and rude man. I was alone & very upset for the rest of the day.
He also assured me on the phone before i left England that i would be able to borrow some keys for my unit for the duration of my short stay. Having got to Cyprus, he then refused this.

I understand from Richard, the site agent, that white goods are now in. Fitted, working & tested. Richard is pretty down to earth, so its likely right.

Nurten advises me today that their is a problem with the water pipe work between the underground holding tank & the various bungalows. Its being worked on as of now. (I'd guess that means digging up the newly laid block pathed path ways then?).
So....... still no water on yet.

Its difficult trying to get everyone on CBBR together with there being several forums. I would like to have discussed the maintainence contract in detail with other owners, but as i understand some have already signed, i guess its too late.

Its very much written in Lynx's favour with the owners being responsible for all and anything whilst they absolve themselves from almost everything bar a weekly brush up.
TWO YEARS tie in! because of the 12 month notice period.
In one place it says the price includes VAT, elsewhere its an addition.
Lots more.
