This is just to let everyone know that on crystal bay view an apartment has flooded as a result of a problem with plumbing. The apartment had been handed over after snagging, however it remains unoccupied. (The apartment concerned is E1 , I am unaware of who this apartment belongs to) It appears that key holding services have not been put in place. I have done all i can to sweep away the water which was 3 inches deep. Does anyone know who owns this apartment so I can update them?
I am posting this to stress the importance of turning off the water at the mains when your apartment is unoccupied. If you have not done this already please arrange to have someone do it as soon as possible, it could save a lot of hassle and money. Paul Parkin - Crystal Bay View

Hi paul,
I hope ther isn't too much damage. I remember seeing a boxed TV,furniture and other goods inside. Sorry I don't know who the owners of E1 are, Nurten did say they were English and mentioned their first names, but client confidentiality prevented me from obtaining contact details. Don't want to sound selfish, but I hope our apt next door is ok. although Mike can gain access, he has the combination to our 'key safe' fixed on the wall to the left hand side of the door. Thanks for letting us know of the incident. Regards Andrew |

Hi Andrew,
We checked your apartment with Mike and all is ok. There is damage but hopefully not too much. I guess it's a warning for all of us! If you want to email me direct, please don't hesitate. Hope you ok. Paul
