I thought, due to certain comments, that this topic deserved it's own thread.
(If this is not the view of the moderators then please moderate, as I won't be offended by this)

OK, it seems that there is a mixed bag of opinions regarding Evergreen Developments and I thought I was being constructive to warn potential customers that they may be entrapped in a bit of an asps pit if they require any sort of customer service from Evergreen.
Also, I am not trying to belittle anyone who has purchased an Evergreen property. I myself have purchased one (so I could potentially be anyone of your neighbours, so please don't swear at me anymore , I just wish I hadn't.

All I can do is share my experience with you in a constructive manner and my experience of Evergreen is this - They are not interested in customer satisfaction, nor do they care who their customers are, or how they treat them. Certainly if all goes to plan they remain all smiles like before you signed on the bottom line. If anything does go wrong though, or if you are dissatisfied in any way you are pretty much wasting your time trying to get it resolved as Evergreen don't care and just want your money.
That's my experience, that's all I can say. I am dissatisfied and AFAIK I have a right to air this dissatisfaction with the potential to help others who may fall into similar circumstance.

You really need to be specific regading your comments, ive purchased from evergreen and have a fantastic product finished to a very high standard
I brought the propety off plan two years ago and holiday there when i can.
Yes, there have been problems, mostly down to poor communication and unforeseen external factors, however these where overcome within agreed time scales
There are far worse developers out there, and I would recomend Evergreen to any potential purchaser having been through the process myself

As for specifics, I've been specific haven't I? I had problems with them and they have been unprofessional about it. I'm sure there are much more professional outfits operating in Northern Cyprus. For example if a professional developer doesn't deliver on it's promises (no contracts to be specific ), be that time or whatever then compensation is usually paid. Evergreen on the other hand don't give a monkeys and just move the goal posts as and when it suits them without any consideration of the customer at all.

What development did you purchase on ?, i get the feeling you are at the final furlong post, and probably in the middle of the most stressfull part of the purchase process ?,

However most of us have allready experienced this, I bet its not been entirely plain sailing for anyone, regardless of the developer.
Any off plan purchase comes with an element of acceptable risk regardles of its location, UK , Spain , France , Germany, Cyprus!

Still no direct examples of what problems you have experienced ?

if you can provide specifics there are plenty of people here who can offer constructive advise, if you dont, you leave yourself open to critics, and there are plenty of them as well
