Is there anyone from Crystal bay marina to make contact with. My apartment is finished and we now have to select furniture sometime? Is anyone else going through this process?
We are looking to holiday their in July '09 - any updates welcomed?

A bit of both really, we are on CBView, everything finished according to contract and within the timescale, but there are one or two teething problems on site, these are in the hands of Lynx (maintenance contractors) and Evergreen. Everything is done in 'Cyprus Time' so repairs aren't carried out as quick as we expect in the UK.
The main problem has been the never ending requests for extra money which were not mentioned in original purchase agreement i.e. landscaping costs, poolside furniture, increase in electric connection charges. Then there's the extra money required from solicitor for completing transfer of title deeds which we thought were included as part of the package.
All in all the finished product is excellent, the apartments and complex are well designed, and now ours is furnished it feels like home. We are looking forward to spending more time over there in the years to come.
I'm sure you will be very happy with CBM, it will definately be worth all the hard work and waiting!
