Its wed night (16th)got back from SWB the development looks good although 2/3 months behind schedule, thats far better than other developments we looked at!! With the economic climate I wonder why peole are risking reserving plots elswwhere where there is little or no progress!!! We pulled out of one planned for Bahcelli in Jan 07 it is still a plot of land with a few pegs so watch out folks its SWB for us. The site is very very dusty so I am glad we elected for phase 3 . We tried to meet the existng residents(Arthur & Dorothy)but they must have seen us coming they either hid or went out!! We did meet Yoav and Alan and Edith and they are all working hard I assure you. The people and restuarants are fabulous but I hate the journey even by taxi from Lanarca its Ercan next time or the new airport our friend Asil is developing!!!OK the orange moby worked ok this year an improvement on Jan 07.

Hi we also arrived home wednesday 16th after 2 hectic days where we bought C41 on Sweetwater Bay.

Everyone we dealt with was lovely the Agents, builders and solicitors etc.

We would love to get to "meet" our neighbours so if anyone has other forums apart from Cyprus 44 which we have read and used so much of the information etc please let us know.

We will be looking at completion Jan - May 2009 cant wait for next summer

Hi Sheila & Phil welcome we flew to Bristol Wed pm from Larnaca and had been out a week meeting Edith about 3 times she was as always very accomodating. There is another forum on Cypus 44. We took several pictures and cant wait for C32 to be finished in Phase 3 which I guess is Feb 09. I guess you were viewing on sunday then I think you have chosen wisely.

Hi does anyone know who is owning C40 as we have a load of photos of C40 as that was the one we looked around last week when we were there.

thats a lot of kids in one apartment presumably they are from seperate marriages!!

I've got one of the apartments that gottheyips says will never be finished - it's got 21 bedrooms for 42 kids.

Do any C villa owners have the accurate net room dimensions for the bedrooms please I was out there this month and was so exited with the development I forget to measure up. I have a number of photos eg C villas and pool area. I am not sure whether the plans/footprints on the website exclude the built in wardrobes and I did not note the exact door/window locations and measurements.

I just asked Sweetwater Bay for floorplans of my villa C41 which they sent straight away if you need them tonight I can send mine as apparently they are all the same if you let me have your email
