It's nice to see you back on the forum. In reply to your question in post 13, I have today received final bill, to be paid on completion within 45 days! So it looks like I will be able to stay in my own apartment on our next visit at the end of April (fingers crossed)

Nice to meet up again on the old forum!!

Lots to say and do still!!!!

Been reading this one for a while was just being lazy and taking my time in re-registering again!!

Unfortunately you will always find that a development will never be ready on time as delays always occur one way or another due to forseen and unforseen circumstances!!!

My best bet is it will be ready by spring 2009 latest to be safe- But thats just my opinion !!
So I wont be planning to stay or rent it until at least late spring early summer just in case - better to be safe than sorry!!

P.S- I love C44 but Im sentimental about this forum more as its where the eagles from SWB first landed and we had so much history and good laughs and banter on here in the past!!

Nice to be back to our old roots once again!!

Only another 48 posts until Im worthy of senior member staus again hopefully!!

Equally only another 298 posts to go in order to break my previous forum record of 300 posts and counting!!!

Also my best friends announced her wedding on the 25th april now which means my plans have changed as I may not be able to come out to NC til possibly 26-27th april now- But Im still looking at flights to see whats available!!

The first owners should have moved in by now- GOOD LUCK TO THEM!!!
Hopefully once they are settled they could report back regularly on the sites progress and issues??

Moira I will miss the daily gossips and chit chats when you go to NC - But at least the hubbie can stop complaining about the huge phone bills and the phone always being engaged!!!

Here's the deal - you pay for it - I look after the pool and you can come and swim anytime! OH! I'll also pay for the maintenance.

It looks like our dates have yet again changed, Keith feels he needs a breather before we leave so our new definite date is 19 March, arriving in NC on 9 April but officially Keith will be on retirement effective 1st February - definitely planning on another motherless eveneing!!!!
