At this rate Ill have blown my previous 300 posts record by the end of the weekend!!!!

The granite options are :

PINK OR A GREY, WHITE AND BEIGE COLOUR AT £150 PER SQUARE METER

OR YOU CAN HAVE EITHER RED, BROWN OR BLACK FOR £182 PER SQUARE METER

Also SWB forwarded me the price lists for furniture packages on offer with individual breakdown and costs of items shown in the show houses!

Air con for my 3 bed also is £920 WHICH IS 1 IN EACH BEDROOM AND 1 IN THE LIVING ROOM which is lower than I originally thought- BUT all the prices Ive given are excluding vat!!!

I dont know what the vat rate is in NC but I pressume it cant be higher than our 17.5% surely!

IF ANYONE wants I can forward you the file with all the price lists I was sent jsu PM or e-mail me and Ill send it to you!!

I am also another 'Watcher' of the forums, I read them every couple of days to keep up on any news etc.

Have not been posting anything, as not really anything to contribute as yet.

My apartment does not complete until November (dont think it has even started being built as yet!)

I have not had any updates from Marietta or any of the others at Sweetwater Bay, so I will chase them up fopr some feedback this week.

Trying to take in all the info I read from your posts, so im fully clued up when it comes to my turn for furnishing etc.

Does anyone have measurements at all for the "L" shape worksurface and kitchen island at all???

Im sure someone said when they went out on a visit they took measurements of everything even inside of cupboards etc?? Jackie was that you??

But either way I dont think it more than 6-7 max sqm!

I would explain the whole issue regarding power surges and appliances and how to prevent your electrical appliances in NC blowing up everytime theres a power surge their so the easiest opy=tion is go to cypruss44 forum and read the thread I started on recommendation for fuse/power surges etc!

Dont no if anyone else has noticed that they have grouped the site photos together so that although the newest photo at the top of the list is not the only new one you have to scroll down.

Just returned from my first visit to N.C with a mate of mine (also from South Yorks, suntanman)who moves in May villa 39 it`s looking good folks and if thats typical weather in January you are going to the right place, We met Arthur and Dorothy who are the first to move in, I gave them a lift with a bit of stuff, they have a webcam on the site now you know.

Where do we find the webcam? Also I've been trying to get hold of suntanman to find out if he says when he hires cars from easycar that he will be travelling into the North. We are looking to hire from there so that we can check out the Troodhos when we are there. Do you have any info regards this? Cheers

Also when I spoke to edith last week she said the webb cam is set up but they are having trouble at the moment trying to connect it up- But Im sure it wont be long before they sort it out and its up and running!

Gaynor we used easycar and they are now operating through Eurocar and you are not allowed to take there cars to the North we were told that in no uncertain terms in October. They used to be a brilliant company to deal with but would not touch them again since Eurocar took over the show
