Hi all,

Im new to all of this so go easy on me. I have purchased in a complex called palm bay view near bahceli and was wondering if anyone else out there has also. Im starting to get worried i 'm the only one. Im due to complete in a months time but i 'm not so sure this will happen. I have to go out for furniture and snagging apparently.

Anyway, it would be really nice to hear from someone else in my situation.

No disrepsect intended, but if your going out to snag at Crystal Bay beach you will have a long snagging list and a long wait if you are anticipating handover in March
I was over recently and think your are looking at April/May on the basis of what I saw at this location, and thats being generous

however
The bungalow project is well sited with a fantastic view of the coast and great access to the beach
When this project is complete I think you will acheive a exceptional resale price in the future, but with views like that who would want to even consider this option!.
Win win situation
