Hi, me and my wife are thinking of relocating to northern cyprus,my mums partner(not married) owned the house but passed away a couple of years ago,everything in his will was left to my mother,including his house in cyprus,will we be legal to take up residency in the property? or will my mum have to go down certain channels to sign the house over etc?any info will be much appreciated!
