I am Interested to hear from anyone who has dealt with Evergreen in the purchase of their property and specifically from purchasers at Aphrodite Beachfront Village
My wife and I are due in North Cyprus 0n the 5th of April to meet Evergreen
and look at the site which I believe is due for completion in July.

Sorry to hear you have had bad experiences with Evergreen.
I am more than happy with the end result. One or two ups and downs en route, but they have delivered my property within the contracted time scale, and the finished product is excellent.

This company is a joke. Constantly moving the goal posts to suit themselves, they know every excuse in the book and trying to get them to commit to anything is like trying to get blood out of a stone.

If you want a professional service I say steer well clear!

With respect St George, you have made several posts today all of which appear to be 'having a go' at Evergreen, yet you haven't made one constructive comment or indeed given facts to substantiate your remarks.

You really need to be specific regading your comments, ive purchased from evergreen and have a fantastic product finished to a very high standard
I brought the propety off plan two years ago and holiday there when i can.
Yes, there have been problems, mostly down to poor communication and unforeseen external factors, however these where overcome within agreed time scales
There are far worse developers out there, and I would recomend Evergreen to any potential purchaser having been through the process myself
