I am new to NC & Evergreen and would love to hear some of your thoughts. I am due to head out there for a discovery trip in a weeks time to meet with them and look over the Aphrodite Beahfront development Phase 2. What have your experiences been overall with the company so far and is there anybody who is looking at this particular development?

hello there! we have actually bought on Aphrodite and are waiting for completion. Evergreen have been very professional and I would recommend using them. Let me know if you intend to buy, I am looking for any of our new neighbours!
